Rooms were very small i booked deluxe room for three but it was so small that one person will also feel suffocated. Moreover staff was also not listening no towels no tooth kit worst ever experience.

I am giving 4 marks because in my room no tv shows are there because of no recharge of cable and on first day no hot water is coming from washroom tap. So kindly give suggestion to them if we are giving this amount then every facility should be there for customer.

The service of this hotel is very poor, i had guests with me and said to the service executive that please bring a tea bag and sugar but no one brought it. I order food also for dinner it was also late and did not give water even after we finished our meal. My guest got hiccups also. These things repeated many but no action. Thanks
