Hotel is good but only 1st floor is operational. Rooms don’t have a sofa as shown in pictures. Food is very costly. Still it’s a good stay for 1 day

The Property does not serve normal visitors, this hotel is intended for Marriages. The Check-in process was horrible, the rooms were not good, No facility , Scary Hotel.

The Hotel is new. Rooms are good with a calm environment but lack some amenities. As per MMT booking the room booked in platinum deluxe in which it was shows the jacuzzi/bathtub availability in the rooms view but in real this was not there. It should be more clear by MMT at the time of booking which rooms have jacuzzi or bathtub. Hotel have some lack of services need to improve.. 1. wifi not shared, 2. Room service should be on time, they should ask for cleaning. 3. confused about platinum and premium. platinum is higher than premium but here I think premium is higher facilities as per hotel. It should be more clear on MMT also. Rest of all good. The staff was cooperative and polite.

It was a very nice stay. The ambience of the room was excellent with quick check in. It was well furnished with a clean and excellent bathroom. It also provides good toiletries and a hair dryer for getting ready for the day.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff was polite, quick to assist, and very professional. The food was delicious with a good variety in the buffet. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Room service was prompt and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. Highly recommend for leisure stays.

It was nice and pleasant stay.Hotel staff was very kind and decent.They were cooperative.One thing i dont like was there was rain water comming from the window.

Didnot provide AC as it was not working in any of their room even after repeated request. Please don't book this property. Nobody bothered fixing the issue, they kept on saying we will fix it and kept changing rooms without any update.
