Unprofessional or Rude Staff, air conditioning, non-working, dirty rooms, stained sheets, overall Unprofessional staff with Bad Attitude they Ignore Complaint or Request.

My overall experience is excellent. If I visit again, I prefer to stay in the same hotel. Good food for both dinner and breakfast.

stay was decent environment outside was loud due to heavy road traffic but it was peaceful in night washroom was a bit conjusted as the entrance door of the washroom hit the cumoad. overall room was good.

The hotel is located on Badaun Road. The overall experience of the hotel is good. Staff is cordial and cooperative. Rooms are fairly Ok. Deluxe rooms are small but neatly maintained. Super deluxe rooms are OK. However, cleanliness of wash room needs to be improved. Food is good, room service is good, however crockery is sub standard. The hotel also need to cater for additional parking space. Overall satisfactory, especially for those looking for economical option.

Location of hotel is very good. Room was very spacious. Food was ok however it does not have a separate dining room, food is served in ur room. You can order your food/ essentials from swiggy , zomato and blinkit etc
