It is a 2star not 3 star
they upgraded us in deluxe room and we were expecting better room but to our horror toilet seat was like it is never cleaned. They refused to serve lunch because they didn't had staff, if they had informed us earlier then we would have got something packed from outside.

Nice Room and Service
I had a great experience staying at D Grand Hotel. The room was quite good and comfortable. The hotel service was also excellent—very responsive and polite staff. The food tasted amazing, especially the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of options and each one was delicious. Really appreciate the service provided by D Grand Hotel. Highly recommended!

Good Stay
Location is good. Staff is co - operative but hygeine not maintained in wash room. WC was so bad that photos can't be posted. No light in bath area of wash room. Breakfast average.

Average Stay
The stay was ok.I stayed for 2 days but the things promised were not fulfilled no buffet breakfast is available as promised. The staff was ok not polite as other hotels have. From my side I will not recommend any other to stay in this property as many better properties arw available in lesser price.

I stayed here 3 times all theree times Cleanliness is good ,Staff is excellent, communicative well behaved workers Good food this hotel offers best value for money option in its surrounding. Recommended..

Terrible Stay
Lots of mosquitoes, bedsheets are old and not so clean. No food service , we reached at 10:30 PM, unable to get any food. No hot water. You can’t have remote to control AC of your room. Worst experience I had ever in a hotel. Not justifying price at all.
