over all ok , ac was chill service was good but bed was split into 2 , inspite of several request they didnt changed my room so slept on single bed so was very uncomfortable

Amazing place for staying and breakfast is also Delicious and parking space also available .. Room service is too good

The booked room is Executive, but it does not look like that. The room smells very Dirty & the bed sheet is also not clean. Breakfast was ok not so good. Complementary items NA in the room, it is only provided when you ask for it.

Good location ,nice room everything is working properly even tv ,water facility is so nice They serve veg thaali with very good amount of food and taste is soo good Staff behaviour is very decent

poor services No towel no Dental kit no cold water bottle desk was alread broken and at the time of checkout they blamed us for broken bed side desk.

When I reached at Hotel. I was attened by Priyanka & Anmol on reception. They both were rude to me and asked to wait for 15min during until they check my booking. and when they alloted me room they just said that your room no is this and hand over the key to me I asked then if there is someone avaliable to guide me. but they just refused and asked me to check hotel policy. and there were no dental kit. only single towel in room. and the room was covered with cigarette smell. worst experience upto now. On breakfast I had idly but there was not chutney avaliable. no paranthas available. Very disappointed in this trip. I regretted my booking the moment I walked to receptionist.

After renovation of rooms the hotel has developed some basic deficiencies: 1.WC fitted at higher height 2.Bedside charging points non functional 3.Wash room exhaust and ventilation system is inadequate to pull out bad odour 4.Food taste is not the same as was earlier 5.Tarrif has been raised without any improvement in services 6.There are no free dorms for drivers

I recently stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and overall, I had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a big plus. The hotel provided complimentary water, which was a nice touch. The amenities in the room were well-stocked, including an electric kettle and hair dryer. However, I did notice that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The room service was good, but there was definitely room for improvement. The food, on the other hand, was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. However, there were a few drawbacks that took away from my overall experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom, which lacked an exhaust fan. As a result, the bathroom smelled really bad, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, I noticed that many rooms were still under construction, which was a bit of a concern. It would be great if the hotel could expedite the construction process to provide a more peaceful and finished experience for guests. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to others, but with some caveats. The room was full of mosquitos due to moisture in walls and bad stink was coming out from room. It was an average experience with J M vistara

worst service in bareilly trip ever. smelly and filthy room . totally unhygienic staff behaviour was not good power plug and socket total waste of money even after asking and requesting many times , room was not changed never visit here alone or with family specially caution: don't dare to visit as couple.
