Review Of HOTEL HIRAPANNA

Rooms were not clean. Cockroaches every where. Fan was very slow. Fungus present in almirah which smells very bad. Bathroom flush was not working. Overall. Very bad to stay in hotel hirapanna.

Dirty Room/ Dirty Washroom/Hotel Team not responce properly/brackfast timing is Late/8.30 to 10.00 am.

Poor service, smelly rooms filled with mosquitoes. Extremely bad at cleanliness. Management was very uncooperative. Bathroom fittings were all fragile and broken.

Room size too short, no any chair table in room for work on laptop, staff बिहेवियर not upto mark , customer has to aak for refuel hand wash,sleeper and after wait 15 mn you will get the same

Favorable stay

- Towels were worn out leaving dust, and destroyed fabric like powder - Room walls had lipstick stains everywhere, room wasn't cleaned thoroughly - In the morning I found a sharp piece of broken glass just near my shoe. - Breakfast committed at 8 am, which extemded to 08.30 am, when finally one of hotel staff said they can only "arrange" butter toast and they don't know when will the kitchen open or the cook will come. - Room service guy demanded tip, while it should be voluntary.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. The kitchen starts late and takes forever to serve even basic meals, which are tasteless and inedible. Rooms are tiny, suffocating, and in terrible condition damaged mattresses, torn blankets, broken taps, and everything falling apart. They don’t even provide a basic water bottle without charging for it. Pure greed and zero management. I got stuck here because i paid in advance, but this is hands down the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor never stay here.

Third class hotel of bareilly city not recommended staff is not good rooms is very dirty there is no parking tap is not working water supply is not good services is very poor

Room are okay, bathroom is not good, staff behaviour is below then average and smell in the room is bad and have to change the room 1 time because adjust fan are not working properly and washbasin is not well as the same

Feel quit nice but room size too small but feel cozy

Staff was not supportive at all and they made their own policy regarding stay and all i would never recommend to any one who is going for this hotel

Stay is good staff and food is also good but space of the room is not sufficient

Condition of room was very bad actually, there was fungal growing in room, washroom was also not so good, ac was not working properly, and didn't provide breakfast. Room was yuck. But we have to stay there coz we checking at mid night only around 1 am, it was ridiculous experience with booking. I haven't click any photos it was live bad experience
