Amaya Hotel Civil Lines

Facilities were very poor. I booked the premium room but no hot water was coming in the bathroom. As per the room service, I was kindly advised to take a bath in the other room.

the bedsheets were bloodstained, washroom mirrors had red paint stains all over them, i asked for water bottles and had to get them my self after waiting for almost an hour

Sir / Madam, There was a strong smell of dampness in the hotel.

I found this online on MMT. Location is good, it is as per my requirements there. The room is dirty, rainy water is filled in the room. food quality is also average. no toilet paper, no hand wash found in bathroom. very old and torned towel given=

Very good location close to chowki chauraha, 1.5 km from rly station. Room is ok.There was smell like humidity rooms . I didn't ate too much, dal fry and roti was good. They should give kind of heater therapy and open rooms for few hours when not booked

Hotel room are not good, toilet taps were leaking and and no proper hygiene

The bed sheet was dirty and the additional bed that was given was full of dust and also some dead insects

worst experience with dirty rooms and washrooms it was smelly I would not recommend I even contacted the property owner to help but he was also not much interested for listening the issue and kept sending the staff which were also incompetent to clean and maintain the room

All electronic socket and raps are not functioning. Also they are not offering buffet breakfast. Overall experience is not good.

Toilets was very dirty and the floor was flooded with water. Very dirty & stinky bedsheets. I requested to change it but not changed. I never recommend this hotel to any one.

Location is good. Stay is pathetic.. Service is pathetic.. Washroom choked……

Property needs urgent renovation as electricity socket was not working also room service was too poor

The room is dated and poorly maintained. The washroom was not clean. Housekeeping was non-existing. Breakfast was served in rooms. There is no buffet breakfast.

Ac not working bathroom amenities are not filled & the staff behavior is also not good so i will not recommend staying at that hotel

Good location neat and clean staff good behavior generator backup. Provide tea and coffee, bathing soap, shampoo, comb, paste, brush, tv, ac is in functional state.

I was there in amaya for a 1 day trip - which peacfull and comfortable - they have improved a lot in stay

Room was not fully well developed, washroom shower was broken, some lights were not functioning. Food services very disappointed me. Lots of items were in their menu but not in kitchen. I asked whatever food items, they were unavailable. Room service was very slow. Totally disappointing experience.

Room and all aminities should checked before giving room. Here tv and switch issue i had.
