Food was pathetic. Breakfast was not having any option. Bathre chole served in breakfast was also tastes bad. Phone in room was also not working.

Totally terrible experience. Toilet flush is not working, then they change the room and then in this room flush didn't get stop. Intercom is not working

Mr vivek saran was very cooperative. He gave an upgrade which made our stay more comfortable.

I would give it 3-average not very good not very bad. Hotel staff was good but hotel conditions are terrible… hotel needs maintenance.. Rooms are not clean. Washroom has broken flush. Furniture was full of dust.. bed sheets also not clean and above all I choose to stay in a hotel coz they provide WiFi but even it was down most of the time during my stay

Actually we had to booked a room in this hotel because we had to attend function organised in the banquet of the same hotel. We used the hotel only for few hours at night for kids and my infant child use. The hotel is old and the furniture and bathroom fitting are not also updated. The staff was decent, only the hotel need to renew the look and feel of rooms.

Dhoka dhadi hai. Safai nah i hai. Toote fute samaan hain. Cost zaroorat se zade hai. Bharosa nah i kaya ja sakta hai.

Stayed there for 1 day. Hotel requires major upkeep. Room no. 142 allotted earlier was not properly cleaned and there was a smell as of dampness. The upgraded room was very good but as earlier all faucets etc are required to be checked and repaired. Other wise the stay was good. I have stayed here previously twice.

They just gave 2 bottles of drinking water and while checking out they charged for them. We have never seen any hotel charging for drinking water

Its a nice hotel, but currently it is under renovation and probably due to this maintenance has taken a downturn. The main road near the hotel is also under renovation/construction.

I stayed after a gap of 20 year in this hotel, Room wasn’t clear, maintenance was disappointing .

Hotel suit booked but ac not working and when complained took whole day to repair

Lack of coordination among all staffs from lower level to higher lever, room services were very poor required major modification.

Our stay at hotel uberoi anand was good and comfortable. Their executive suite is wuite spacious and staff is helpful. They could improve on better cleanliness and better upkeep of property
