Hotel was good, but front desk person, Indu and Lubna were not professional and they showed very unprofessional behaviour , Food was not excellent but ok but jafraani kheer was sour and very bad smelling

Excellent Stay
Neat and clean hotel, the food is good and staff is very courteous. I had an issue with my payment and Ms Indu was extremely kind in helping out with the stuck payment issue. Keep up the good job!

Bad experience with the room! food part was amazing.
groupThe rooms were fine but bathroom condition was pathetic. The jet spray was so strong in the bathroom. The shower and tap underneath worked together. Food was really amazing. Breakfast served was fine. Only 3-4 items were served. But, the person serving the breakfast was too rude. And yes, the woman at the reception was also rude to us. She needs training for politeness.

Excellent hospitality
Wonderful experience at darbar khas bareilly. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the genrall manager and staff. We had 3 great evenings here, which obviously added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5 star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so specialties is really felt like home to me. All resoect t for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality.

3. Hotel is good but its small hotel with 2-3 restaurant with 19 rooms. But rooms are comfrtable there servies is takkng too much time. About brrakfast there are only 2 option pratha or omlete which need to improve and serve proper breakfast with atleast 3-4 option. Their tv have very less or no channel for spending some time in room. There are only sports channel

Dear sir we thank you for your stay and the rating given by you on the website. 1. Regarding service we will definitely configure review the same to insure deliver in time 2. Regarding breakfast we do have options in the morning breakfast for our guest there are options (a-fruit juice milk & corn flax (b-indian food preparation like parath poha pori bhaji & chhole bhature besides omelette & bread toast. All these are chef’s menu which is inform to the incoming guest on daily basis.
Location, food, hygiene& safety standards
The rooms were clean, wonderful, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel hotel darbar-e khas for anyone visiting downtown to bareilly perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend and party too.
