Hotel's restaurant was not receiving any orders due to some event going on and door lock of room was not properly fitted.there were some battery issue in door lock

Average property for the tariff it charges. The service is extremely slow. Rooms have very dark, heavy wallpaper giving a very negative vibe. I didn't get ice cubes when I ordered. I ordered only peanut masala which was average. The guy who took the order said pepsi is available but he sent Thumbs Up, later he said pepsi is not available. We booked 2 rooms. 1 room was extremely cramped and shower tap was malfunctioning. This is when the entire hotel was empty. Question is why would the manager not care to give a proper room with proper functioning amenities when the entire hotel is empty. When we complained, he changed the room. It looks like the management here is not trained. Book this only if you need a place to stay with a pet and this is a pet friendly hotel else won't recommend this for the price that they charge.

Good experience. location is very close to the highway between Lucknow and Haldwani/Nainital. Ample parking space and pet friendly. Food options are limited. Non Veg food not available. Rooms and bathroom are quite spacious but the overall maintenance needs to improve a bit more.

Lacation is on outskird of bareilly, best if you have work in shahjahanpur or the bisalpur area. Property is good, safe and calm. Pet friendly. Room genuine clean. Homely food. Foods have timing. Overall good experience.

It was a good stay. Location was little outside the city and very peaceful. Swimming pool, jim and spa is not available here till december as informed by front desk person. Room was ok. A little more space can be created in the room but overall it was ok. Food was also good. Reception area intior was awesome.

Place is good with hygiene. Good service at premises.
