Business travel
Location is good when one travel by train,it’s just 50-100 m walking distance.Parking facility available.Food quality is excellent.Service is very good,very honest and helpful staff .The receptionist madam is very well behaved and helpful .Overall it was a very comfortable stay at hotel.Behaviour of restaurant staff also very friendly.

very bad services, I was fully trusted at the Radiance hotel but I will not book again.. Kichen is very bad, I hv no ward to express my self against bad things even sugar pouch is not available at the time of breakfast. I have ordered non veg but I don't know what it.

it was an excellent stay in a hotel. The room was very clean and tidy and service was also good. Great experience.
Room was clean and tidy. Buffet system is great and overall staff is quite good. Very near to bareilly junction railway station.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to key attractions and markets.
