जनरेटर से AC नहीं चल रहा था,
And a lot of sound would come in from around the room, showing that the rooms were not separate.Having one room, there was no facility to run it on a generator.

No hot water in the room, food arranged from outside and it was not mentioned. Price are to high, no worth of money. Breakfase timing is not standard. Pillow are poor questions.

Very bad hotel not clean room the room is full or cracks and dirty. Staff is not well behaved

Sir i want to bring in your notice that these people does not deserve to run a hotel. Moreover food quality was so worse that even * would not take that food. Other thing was that they were very uncooperative

Not satisfied
Despite requesting for a late check in we had to ring the bell for 30 mins as the main gate was closed. Room given was below average for the amount i paid. Breakfast took 30 mins to prepare and only option offered was maggie and bread omelette. Extremely unsatisfied.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to mid night check in, our rooms are 100% as per images and details listed on online platforms, Breakfast takes 20 to 30 mins when all rooms are sold out in hotel, Give us a chance and Do visit us again for exceptional services.

Dear Sir, The exact location is mentioned in the listing and hotel is within city only , its just that your work is on other end of the city so its was little far from your place, and standard room has basic amenities ,you can book deluxe or premium room for luxury experience ,thanks

Great place to stay
The hotel is nearby bareilly international university and rolilkhand medical college which makes it very convenient place to stay.

The service was okay. It was not that great. We were not satisfied with the services. There’s a lot of scope for them to improve. The people were sleeping at the time of check out.

Thanks for the review, on your comments, as you have checked out mid night so our staff sleeps near reception area at midnight ,we have mentioned numbers and notices for services at night,you need to call or inform before checking out at midnight.
We found easily
We found easily the location but they will not provide very good services all services are normal. We have booked a room including breakfast but there was not good behaviour of night service boy during serving breakfast
