The Hotel Sapphire was very nice, clean and tidy. Though the stay was for one night but their service was very good. The people were very polite and helpful with every thing. One con was that the bathroom door was not closing properly but it was manageable. Overall I’ll give 4.5 stars.

It was good stay at Hotel Sapphire Sapphire. I prefer to stay here for my official trip. Hotel is just walking distance from Bareilly Junction. Room is neat & clean & big enough. Hotel staff also polite. I would like to recommend for other travelers

Very easy to find and very supportive staff and soft spoken with fully professional, room was very spacious and nee t and clean food was also delicious, in short everything was perfect.

Location is great for travel by trains. The rooms are spacious, clean linen and washrooms, just one thing is needed inhouse food preparations

Hotel is clean, service is also good. Although geyser wasn't working. But they quickly arranged the hot water. Food is also good here.

Room service, meals etc all is good.
