Hotel Sapphire

If you're going for specially exam purpose then don't book online here. They give you one of 4 rooms which are on roadside with constant noise of vehicles and horns and people outside. You can't have rest of anything in peace. Thereare few good roooms but they give it to people booking offline. Since you've to pay in advance for online booking, you can't do anything much except complaining which they ignore and say that there are no rooms vacant. Room given to me was of poor quality and there were stains in bedsheet and blankets. Average hotel not worth the price.

Only hotel where you can't control the ac. All the buttons of ac were broaken. There was no remote and on asking for the ac remote a non working remote was provided. And i was told that temperature will be controlled automatically not only just in my room but in all the rooms in this hotel. So one can't adjust the room temperature according to his preference.

It was good stay at hotel Sapphire. I prefer to stay here for my official trip. Hotel is just walking distance from Bareilly Junction. Room is neat & clean & big enough. Hotel staff also polite. I would like to recommend for other travelers

Location is great for travel by trains. The rooms are spacious, clean linen and washrooms, just one thing is needed inhouse food preparations

Easy to locatie near railway station . Package food is very simple but not prasth, service is average.

The hotel was very nice, clean and tidy. Though the stay was for one night but their service was very good. The people were very polite and helpful with every thing. One con was that the bathroom door was not closing properly but it was manageable. Overall I’ll give 4.5 stars.

The location of the hotel is not good, near the marriage hall near the hotel full night disturbance not sleeping properly. The room telephone is also not working.

I loved the stay the rooms were clean every thing is well maintained and the staff is really helpful i would like to recommend this place to everyone

All good proper clean as per our requirement. Room was proper maintained & bathroom facilities are also very good

Rooms are good and spacious but bathroom was in bad condition. No restaurant no food service in hotel. If u come late night better' bring your food along.

Hotel is clean, service is also good. Although geyser wasn't working. But they quickly arranged the hot water. Food is also good here.

The hotel location was great as it was located near jn. Rooms were big sufficient, washroom clean, service was great. Just one thing not upto the mark which is clean and hygienic linen/quilt as well as limited amenities.
