Review Of Hotel O White Solitaire

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with OYO Rooms in Ludhiana. I pre-booked a room for my staff through MakeMyTrip, but when they arrived at 9 PM, they were denied check-in. The hotel claimed they don't accept online bookings. Unfortunately, this is my third negative experience with OYO Rooms. It's becoming a recurring issue, and I'm losing trust in their services.

Horrible room just like store room, firstly owner refused the tie up then provided very dingy room with just single bed in corner and one small stool type table with chair nv no water glasses nothing at all

Their blankets were poor quality.

Had a lot of trouble checking into the hotel. The front desk manager refused entry at first saying the amount paid is insufficient. It took half an hour to sort things out. Other than that the hotel was ok.

I have booked my stay for 2 days for business trip and when i checked in i found out the room was unhygienic and paints from walls are falling apart with seelan on walls the washroom flush was also not working even landline is also not working for water i have go down from stairs to reception for water and staff behaviour was so rude very disappoint.

Hotel was good. Friendly staff. Ac working. Water heater working. But my booking inculcated the breakfast but don't have kitchen so. They refused. Anyways still the experience was good. Value for money i will say at this amount it was best. We had team in ludhiana in many hotels last week. This was the best in 1000-. All the best.

The hotel staff was not at all trained to handle the customers they were very rude n non cooperative

Nice comfortable hotel. Neat and clean premises. Staff also good. They don't have kitchen but you can order food on zomato.

It was a great stay. Room was clean and check in process was smooth. Only one issue if faced, that was of breakfast. Overall very good hotel

Easy location good stay in quiet & solitaire place. Serve my purpose of work at short distance. Food service & restaurant not available but eateries & dhaba are plenty nearby

The hotel service was a bit slow. Right now the hotel is. Goimg under renovation process.

Rooms are dirty. Bad smell in room, dirty bedsheet and pillow cover.

Hotel location is good but nothing is managed, linens and bed sheets were really bad and stinking even washrooms were stinking and as a complimentary breakfast they said only bread butter and tea will be served. Pathetic experience will never visit again
