all amenities are poor hotel staff behavior is not good food quality so poor cleaning not good room card is not working

Everything was ok.Nothing commendable . No toilet paper or soap in washroom. Food needs improvement- poor .

Excellent location and well Maintained rooms as well as cooperative staff and delicious food, comfortable stay.

If I could I would rate them in minus. The property is dangerous to stay at and I would never advise you to stay here. Even if they pay you money for the same. Right from the reception, I was encountered with a drunk receptionist who looked at me in a disgusting manner. After this, the lift smelled like vomit. Now coming to the rooms. The rooms are nowhere closer to what is shown online. There are cockroaches and ants in the room. I was given a dirty bed with stains all over it. There is no room service. In fact I had to call 3 times to get a dental kit and guess what? I was asked to get it from the reception later. Now comes the scariest part. While I was gone outside, the housekeeping came into my room, took my luggage (which was all open btw) and shifted it to some other room. Upon arriving back when I asked why this was done they said that they had given me the wrong room earlier. Imagine someone entering your room and accessing your luggage. Please do not book this property.

Nobody was ready to attend for the breakfast. No hand soap in the wash room. TV remote was not working.

The hotel is located at a good location and the neighbourhood is classy. Good food joints are available in and around the hotel. The breakfast ( though is Bikaner- is very limited - just one option and need to improve). Rooms are average and facilities are basic

Rooms and location is good but no facility provided in rooms. Pathetic room service. No amenities provided by hotel. You are on your own.

The room service was prompt and the food arrived warm, which was appreciated after a long day of travel. However, I was a bit disappointed to see everything served in disposable containers and plastic cutlery. For a hotel of this standard, I expected proper crockery – it just felt a bit impersonal and took away from the overall dining experience.
