    Absolutely Disgraceful – Avoid Shakthi Residency, Kanyakumari We had a confirmed online booking at Shakthi Residency, but when we arrived late at night with my wife and small children, they denied us the room without any valid reason. We were left stranded at midnight, tired, and helpless. No courtesy, no assistance, just rude behavior and complete humiliation from the staff. This is not just poor service—it's inhumane and shameful. What kind of hotel turns away a family with kids in the middle of the night? Absolutely unprofessional and heartless. Do not trust their online booking system, and do not expect basic respect or accountability. If you care about your peace of mind, stay far away from Shakthi Residency.
