It's a good hotel with the prime location... everything is in walkable distance .the staff are good and friendly.

Yes comfortable stay, Neat & Clean room, Checkin Procedure also good . One of my suggestion Keep Electric kettle, They can also provide Ironbox when it needs.

My experience with A.R residency was Ok. The location is superb as it is very near to the Vivekanad Memorial. Breakfast provided was also good and tasty. Amenities in the hotel like dental kit, shampoo, kettle to boil water were missing. Hotel should provide the same . Apart from this, the staff were supportive. Hotel room was cleaned. So overall the experience was good.

Hot water was not available all time, Wi-Fi was not working properly, restaurant was not there but the location of room was perfect and early check-in was provided and 500 rs for AC was charged as I booked NON AC room by mistake and the staff was good.

I checked in very late, and had informed hotel to keep room serviced and ready. But upon checkin found the room and bed linens had very bad sweat smell. Even though I spent just 4 hrs- to sleep- the smell really bothered. Also, they can provide soap/ hand wash since these r basic. No toilet paper. Staff was well behaved. Car can be parked in the ground floor. No view from windows.

Good hospitality drinking water bottles must be offered without out any charges

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small. Check-out was at 12 PM, but we checked in at 7 PM, so it felt like we didn't get a full 24 hours. What's worse, the hotel was not beachside as advertised when I booked a beachside room. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

All good but the service not not well also the breakfast not well

It’s was a random plan to travel dhanushkoodi and we stayed in Rameshwaram. Clean and nice place. Friendly staff easy check in and check out.

Excellent stay well maintained. Can be preferred for families. Walkable distance to sunrise point, temple and boating.

Location is good but hospitality is not upto the mark. Toiletories were not provided, no room service since they don't have a restaurant. Even tea was brought from outside. No hot water too, very basic setup.However, staff was supportive and made efforts for a comfortable stay.

it's good but in reception a little bit of language problem got I don't know tamil they are unable to understand English

We had booked a deluxe AC room, but when we checked in we were given a single small non deluxe corner room. The manager said that other rooms are occupied and he cannot do anything. Very poor facilities in the room. Nothing mentioned as it was when i booked. Room was poorly maintained. Bathroom was very basic not hygienic. I felt they gave a room which was not fuctional

The hotel location is excellent. The upkeep of the room and toilet are not up to the mark. Basic hotel room. Staff was cooperative and helpful.
