In the booking, parking is available in hotel was shown but my vehicle was sent 2 km away for parking which was locked in night and even after telling hotel staff that I would leave at 5.30 am, my car was made available at 6.00 and I got late. Very poor management.

It was a very terrible stay with this hotel. Despite of having booking with Driver accommodation (mentioned in basic amenities) hotel has denied to give accommodation to the driver. We were reached hotel around 12.30 PM and get checked in around 1.30 PM . Contacted MMT for seeking help they tried to contact hotel but neither they picked phone nor talked on my phone such an people they are. MMT executive has ensure us that she will contact property again and inform me in some time but no call received. Around 4.30 pm I again called MMT they again tried to contact property but again result is same. Around 8.30 PM after having a very hot discussion with the hotel Management they agreed to give accommodation to the Driver. Facility of the hotel is poor, room service is terrible, washroom was dirty. In a nut shel property is equivalent to one star but claiming 3 Star . I am also failed to understand Somehow this is unfair.

There is no complimentary toothbrush and paste. Breakfast is not good, they will not top up sugar for tea and cups and plate is not clean. This is good for average stay. This is Over rated and nothing much for that. No iron box in the room. Towels are not clean and very dirty smell.

1)Non functioning of intercom 2)struggle and quarreling with hotel management, i.e., with the manager finally in place of hot water, I got lukewarm water only with that water only we adjusted in cool weather 3)Water mug in bath room is damaged one I.e. having two holes but on demand they replaced it 4)I lost faith in believing the MMT value stay for this hotel, so calibrate all parameters before declaring property as MMT value stays

It was one of the best hotels I've been in the room was so good the bathrooms were very clean and the room was very spacious the service was really good the main advantage is that the hotel was within a walkable distance from the beach and hence made it possible for us to watch the sunrise so I'd highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a budget stay near the beach.

Nice breakfast 2-3 varities available i tried Idli, Chutney, Sambar combo self service. Located just 5 minutes near to temple Hot water also available for bathing. Its very cool even without air conditioner.

Situated in a very convenient location from all the tourist spots to visit. Staff of the hotel are well responsive. Room and wash room is also neet & clean, specious.

Stay was really good ,room was clean everything was perfect, special mention for that location which is very near to the beach, saw many negative reviews but I don't know why that happened , it also had good parking facility

I stayed at AR Residency Hotel, Kanyakumari for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. Its location is excellent — the sea is just a short distance away, and all the major tourist attractions are also nearby, which made sightseeing very convenient. Overall, it’s a good choice for anyone visiting Kanyakumari.

Room is very spacious, nice with king bed, tv, single sofa and bathroom, toilet is maintained well and hot water is available. Extra bed is available at extra cost and reception persons are helping even in cab bookings, tour packages also and very friendly. Breakfast is provided and the tiffin varieties like idly, poori, pongal, upma, kesari , bread, coffee, tea were available. Location is very near to the boarding point for Vivekanandar rock boating , Bhagavathi amman temple, triveni Sangamam, gandhi Mandapam. Near by both north Indian and south indian restaurants are available. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our trip.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is also good, easily accessible for everything and close to the sea area.

Amenities mentioned while booking was not seen in reality... though booked deluxe room... still we have to keep our staff in the floor.. due to non availability of cupboard....no proper sanitation, no toiletries, no kattle... list is so on ... in addition to that behaviour is also pathetic, asked us to adjust or cancel booking after full payment... which is also not refundable and leave the hotel at 11 pm........

Too much overrated. Cleaning not done for two days stay. AC remote not working. Kettle and Toiletries not given in the room. This hotel is very very overrated

Property location is good. Everything is at walking distance. But they don’t know meaning of Hotel and hospitality. Night staffs were rude, hotel was greedy. There are many hotels nearby. Better to select some other property. Bedroom, washroom is good but lacking because of rude human interaction with room boy and reception guy. Note:- Take your own shampoo and toiletries with you.

It's a good hotel with the prime location... everything is in walkable distance .the staff are good and friendly.

Yes comfortable stay, Neat & Clean room, Checkin Procedure also good . One of my suggestion Keep Electric kettle, They can also provide Ironbox when it needs.

My experience with A.R residency was Ok. The location is superb as it is very near to the Vivekanad Memorial. Breakfast provided was also good and tasty. Amenities in the hotel like dental kit, shampoo, kettle to boil water were missing. Hotel should provide the same . Apart from this, the staff were supportive. Hotel room was cleaned. So overall the experience was good.
