Terrible Stay
As per "O Sri Balaji Residency" booking was cancelled before 4 Days , if you want any clarification please contact MakeMyTrip people. When I tried to connect to MakeMyTrip nobody was responding, this was very pathetic sad moments I faced and here after i will not do any bookings by this app also i will avoid my well-wishers not to use this application.

Excellent Stay
The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean as it’s new. The staff Prasad, was very polite and helpful. Good location with lot of restaurants nearby. Water dispenser available outside the room. Soap is available. The quilt was not clean and fresh. Since I always carry my bed sheet, I was ok with it. Additional amount was charged as they mentioned the prices have gone up. It was a good stay for the price.
