I reached the property exactly at 1pm, the receptionist asked me to wait and called his owner, then told me that I have to pay 500 rupees extra if I need the room , I said I will not pay as I had paid the total amount already, he suddenly got aggressive and asked me to cancel the booking, the booking rules clearly stated that if I cancel i will not get refund, I asked the receptionist about it he got angry and asked me to leave.. about the hotel its just 1 floor and smells like cigarettes, the room are not even spacious or clean for 1500rs bathroom was full of fungal growth before telling him I had already booked i went and checked thr room once. Not at all family friendly, if you are a couple never even think of going here the receptionist was drunk and staring at women

Firstly manager didn't allow to check in as he asked for extra amount apart from what it was showing on app. Then customer care intervened. Due to problem from there end i lost lot of time due to which my full day schedule got affected. Inside room i found cockroaches on floor and around bed, with bed bug and top of that lizard in bathroom. Unclean bedsheets and pillow cover. Tv didn't work at all. Staff was rude and could have been more cooperative. No multilingual staff as mentioned in description. Had to face language barrier.

I found this hotel one of the most clean place ever. My room was big and spacious. View from the balcony was superb.

The room was luxurious and comfy. The beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed in the soft beds. Amazing hotel.
