Terrible Stay
I have been charged extra amount, my check in denied for 4 hours. Washroom was dirty and stinking. Yes my refund has not been processed yet by makemytrip. As i have to pay 1000 rs extra

Rude behavior and did not accept mmt booking. Asking for extra money for the booking if we want to.

Worst experience
Hotel denied the booking. Pathetic experience with mm t and i will not be using this app anymore and will post this story on social media for others to be aware and not to use this app.

Very bad experience
The hotel manager denied entry. He said that he hasn’t received any booking under my name. After having a word with the OYO executive, he finally admitted that he had received a booking under my name. He then asked me to pay extra (the current room booking price ) as the payment which I made while booking was declined. Moreover, when we finally entered the room, the condition of the bed sheet, walls, bathrooms were disgustingly pathetic.
