Review Of Hotel O Sanvi Resort

The stay was not at all good the hotel denied check for booking done from makemytrip, this is ridiculous. I have raised the complaint and i want a full refund of my booking

I personally had a bad experience with this hotel. I booked a room for single occupancy thru make my trip. Was asked full payment 2 days before check in. At the time of check in first of all there was no proper receptionist. Owner mr k amble was available only on phone. Suddenly i was informed by that un professional guy who was at there so called reception that owner has denied your check in. I called the owner he said there was a sucide case so police doesn't allow us to check in single person. I asked him than how come you took my payment and even accepted the booking where 1 adult was clearly mentioned. He said you cancel it from app they will do the needful. Totally rubbish guy. Who takes bookings for granted. Make my trip shifted me to other hotel but my 1 hour was wasted
