    Terrible Stay

    the person was kind enough to give rooms 6 hours early but oyo didn't cooperate . Oyo customer support was so bad that they didn't even agree for the free cancellations when that was their policy. they had policy of 0-30% charges for 6 hour early come . they didn't even process that or cancel our room booking even though it was written that free cancellation and 100% refund before that particular date. they are just apologizing we can't do anything
