Bad experience
I recently stayed at and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The air conditioning in my room was not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially during the hot nights. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, it was not resolved during my stay. Moreover, the location of my room was terrible. To top it off, i was charged extra for a basic water bottle. This unexpected charge felt unreasonable and added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, the non-functional ac, poor room location, and the extra charge for water made my stay quite unpleasant. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
