It looked like no one comes to this hotel & they don't know the hospitality. High level points
- at check-in, no one asked to sign any register
- room given on 3rd floor, no guidance. On floor, no guidance where to go. All lights were off & it was dark. We had to search for light switches before room. - washroom door handle was broken, they couldn't check this before giving room. No toilet paper, ac wasn't working, had to ask for it
so, number of issues. Though i will still not give it bad due to limited guests in hotel & also it been 2-3 star. Ok, to stay for a night.
