Good room, clean bed sheet, clean bathroom. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Decent food and appropriately clean cutlery. Very satisfactory stay.

AC didn’t work in the night. The tea pot had stains and a remainder of the previous used T. They were heavy seepage in the walls and when we ask them to change the room, they demanded extra thousand rupees overall it wasn’t value for money.

The hotel has some positives, but it doesn’t fully justify the high cost. If they improve service, room quality, and amenities, it could be worth considering. Otherwise, there are better alternatives available.

No any service there in hotel, wifi was not working, iron was not there or others services like dentel kit etc was not available in hotel, when i reached hotel no one staff there all was sleeping and lite was closed this is very bad experience which i get ever

Horrible experience. My booking was for 2 adult and 2 child for one night stay but hotel personal demanded rs 700- for extra bed. Very pathetic service as we were provided with used & dirty bedsheets and one towel in bathroom. Dirty room filled with bad smells dirty dustbin with used pads. Food was also pathetic. Request for room change was declined

old bldg on the historic gt road, although they have tried to do it up with new tiles, ac and furniture….there is no sunlight as a result rooms have moulding, they are damp etc.

Room cleaning very bad & also interior not good, in bathroom shower not working properly, overall very bad experience, price is so high but quality very poor.

Pathetic rooms, with such a bad smell, even ac temperature we can not adjust. And food quality is also up to the level.

No internet, no hot water facility, breakfast options very less. Room services lot to improve. Most importantanly rats are running in within rooms.

J s residency location is good. Parking is comfortable. Hospitality was good ambiance was average. Hygiene was poor. Over all so so experience of budget hotel. Food preparation was poor.

It looked like no one comes to this hotel & they don't know the hospitality. High level points - at check-in, no one asked to sign any register - room given on 3rd floor, no guidance. On floor, no guidance where to go. All lights were off & it was dark. We had to search for light switches before room. - washroom door handle was broken, they couldn't check this before giving room. No toilet paper, ac wasn't working, had to ask for it so, number of issues. Though i will still not give it bad due to limited guests in hotel & also it been 2-3 star. Ok, to stay for a night.
