Review Of Hotel O Platinum Inn

They provided us a worst room with no ac no proper lighting no towels no tissues totally not worth the money we couldn’t able to stay for more than 30 minutes it was stinking room was so dirty bathroom’s water wasn’t turning on no privacy, no proper lighting we felt like we’re in some haunted place. I don’t have images

No service bed was not clean light cut off in the morning for more then 30 mins that was shocking overall stay was terrible

Stay was not at all comfortable. They had cockroaches in room. Room were stinky and no clean linen was available. They did not provide any water bottle or morning breakfast. Ac was also not working. Worst experience.

1. when i arrived, the receptionist told me no rooms were available, and they showed me a horrible room, the size of a matchbox. 2. they asked me to call oyo to cancel my booking and they told me to wait for a few minutes. (please note that there were rooms available, but they refused to give them to me. they pushed me to accept the smallest room, with a toilet less than 4x4 feet, with no space to place a bucket, and broken toilet pipes) 3. approximately 30 minutes later, they showed me another room, a little bigger. i had no choice because i was very tired, and it was raining, so i accepted the room. however, the room smelled bad, there were lots of cockroaches, and the bed wasn’t clean.

Worst stay ever fully disappointed. I am only stayed 2 hr and vacate that discomfort room. Very bad experience

Sunce there was no rooms available for stay they asked me to contact oyo for refund. And the room which was shown by the staff was a dirty room which a human cannot stay

Worst administration. A/c available, but not working 24 water supply available but water not coming. Wifi available but not connecting. Tv available but not working. Bed also derty smell. I think pillows cover not washed from past year. Very bad condition only worth for 300 rupees.

First and for all the location was far from cubbon park as what was not mentioned by the property. There was no ventilation in the room & linen was dirty

The hotel is misnamed. It is not close to cubbon park which is a good area. The location is a small, crowded, smelly street and the hotel was very sun par. I went to check in but after going inside to inspect the room, i left and stayed some place else. Would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were nice. I would rate the facilities and service a ten out of ten. It's quite lovely. This is a highly suggested stay if you want to be relaxed.
