Amenities were not up to the mark. I stayed for 4 days tv and AC were not working. They charged 500 extra for checking out at 11:30 though at the time of booking they mentioned complimentary check out up to 2 hours. But the lady at reception charged me 500 extra. overall experience was bad. only the location was good.

Cleaning is not up to the mark , lift failure, late check out not allowed even on multiple requests

Bed was stinking. Room was stinking. Washroom was stinking. Mug and bucket had thick stains, it shows that these were not cleaned since ages. Commode was not clean, it had brown stains. It is hard water available here. They say solar, but water never gets heated even after 2-3 buckets. So it is basically no hot water.

water will not be provided, no complementary in this hotel, additional hours charges are too high, so check out the rooms at correct time

I booked this hotel only because it is close to my office, rooms were okay but not very tidy. Cleaning satff didn't clean the floor under the bed, which was very much untidy and waste was found. Most of the bathroom fiittings were broken, like flush, toilet seat etc. There were lots of tiny cockroaches here and there. I just came to room at night to sleep, so i didnt got time to report this to staff and make them clean (which was my fault. Room was an average experience overall but it was convenient to reach out to my destinations, also locality was nice.

Overall it's the worst experience. Scariest part was bedbugs, wasn't expecting that. second thing , bedsheets, bedspread and pillow covers were not changed, third, cockroaches everywhere,even on the walls and cots. stinking toilets 🤢. Conjusted room. And coming to the housekeeping, I called them several time to ask for plates, the number was continuously engaged, I went to the receptionist to check and I saw the receiver kept beside the phone to avoid the calls. I was standing there for almost 10 mins asking for plates and the guy at the reception was too busy over the phone. what scared me even more is they were standing in dark and answering and were least bothered to turn on the lights. . Not worth the money at all

The multiples chockroaches are there and shower has not working properly. Small holes in the bedsheet, ac is too much bad and normal poor quality water they provided.

Worst room and worst room service please please don’t book here 0 rating for everything no hot water rooms are not at all clean worst stay

A perfect place for a weekend. We decided to take a short break and chose this hotel for our weekend retreat. It was the perfect choice. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

The room & property is no where close to what’s promised to you in the pictures flashed on the app. During my stay for two days, the air conditioner did not work in room number 109 on the first floor and the staff refused to help. At night i spotted multiple cockroaches roaming around on my room floor. Kamal and other gentleman who works there (has a physical challenge with one hand) refused to help me. In this peak summer heat, it doesn’t feel good to pay for an ac room but not get the same. The good thing is the property is owned by a retired civil servant & his wife who live in their bungalow that’s placed parallel to hotel residua elite. In-case of a problem, one can ring bell & give feedback to the owner’s wife.
