The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the necessary amenities—comfortable bed, clean linens, and a functional air conditioner. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, which was a plus for my work and entertainment needs.

There was no AC, TV, or geyser available, and basic amenities like soap and shampoo were also missing. 🥵 This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I’m extremely disappointed and did not expect such a lack of basic facilities.

it's good to stay with family and friends. The surrounding areas are also nice and very easy to go out for lunch and dinner. we can find many options for eating.

Decent place to stay, clean located with multiple restaurants, party places and udupi places at walking distance rooms are small but good to sleep and short stays at hotel.

Unclean rooms, bath and bedding. Lot of noise at night due to bar on 1st floor and 5th floor.

The room was stinking with smoke smell and the ac was not working properly and there wasn’t any fan in any of the room

The room was fairly decent, though a bit smaller than anticipated. It was clean, but there were a few issues with the ac leaking. Overall, it was worth the money.

The water tap in the sink wasn’t working. Room number 2001 we didn’t get hot water in the geyser.

Average experience, air conditioning is very bad having water leakage from ac unit. Second time facing this issue from same hotel

It was ok but only problem was no liquor we have to buy from their restro bar and charges for 6 hours extend was 1000 rs

My experience was bad in the hotel as the staff was rude and we were not allowed to take the alcohol. In the terms and conditions smoking was not allowed. Alcohol had no restrictions. And they are behind us before the check out time

Value for money stay in a prime location. Very professional staff. A lot of options for foodies around the hotel. Recommended at the price range.

I am interested. The room was spacious and amenities were good. Everything was good except for the wifi situation and also that the network coverage in the room was not that great. Apart from that everything was quite peaceful.

Rooms were not clean, plugs not working, chair was not clean. We had to change 2 rooms and call room services multiple times. Incharge person was helpful, other-than that nothing positive for the price.

He made me wait until they checked the room in case property damages which is very rude. ● Small Rooms , So very small that there was no room to move around , Also Does not justify for the price. ● Room smells badly. ● No Parking Space , All of Parking is Reserved for Rooftop and Ground floor Restaurants.

The room ambience was good. But the fridge was not working. Also the guy at the reception asked for 500rs extra just because we were an one hour early. It would be good if they could understand the situation and help and treat the customers accordingly. In our case we were coming from kerala and reached there at 11 being so tired and exhausted. Though we told him he was asking for extra money without understanding our situation. Apart from this we had a good stay overall
