It is not a hotel, it is just a room in a building. Staff is rude. I confirmed at the reception for 1 hour late check-out. The guy on the reception confirmed. But some other guy calls me up at and says you have exceeded checkout time and now you have to pay extra. He even got another guy with him and came upto my room to ask for money. I told them your staff only confirmed so why should I pay. After a lot of arguments, I checked out. No food, no room service. Absolutely terrible stay.

Recycling water they providing for bath and very bad water with bad smell.

AC doesn't work and even though breakfast is included the person says to pay for breakfast. Need to have place looked into better
