Not happy at all with the service, nothing is provided what is promised, missing very basic amenities, i dont recommend anyone to stay, its pricey but not worth it. Rude staff, no luggage assistance, poor restaurant service, so many complaints

To be frank when you offer yourselv a star rated hotel you should maintain that standard, first the service is poor; I have to call several times to the reception to get the needful, (to replace a broken remote), The attached restaurant doesnt have basic food, no meals, no biriyani, not even idli for the breakfast, the restaurant says we are closed when I called at 6pm, terrible, more over if you order food from swiggy, they don't let the delivery guy to your room, even not to the lobby, you have to goto the road and collect fhe delivery, the reception was helpless, I was checked in 2nd floor, the internet was not working, I complained but no action, the TV is not working, the water cattle is not working; so horrible

In my room, the washroom was the worst, and the lights in the room were not working properly. I hope they find this and fix it.

best hotel to stay in JP nagar staffs are very humble and polite. must visit the hotel

they did not provide me buffet break fast . only simple worst idli and dosai . having requested for late check out they charged me wantedly . the hotel is empty no guest

Was pleasantly surprised to find am upscale hotel with great value for money at heart of J P Nagar main road which infact has lots of facilities around. The Namma Metro J P Nagar station is just around 500mts. The public bus stand is in J P Nagar 6th Phase which is just around 100 mts. If ever anyone gets a vehicle on rent the entire 15th Cross is a place to discover beyond the underpass. There are so many eateries, breweries and spas on the same road all within 2kms distance

The reception staff are very rude , bathroom soap holders and shampoo holders are not available, the bed is not cleaned, towel dirty, toilet flash issue entirely terrible experience

Over all it was average, I was alone yet given twin bed n washroom was not upto mark n tv channel were available. Staff was humble enough

Very poorly maintained rooms, dirty towels, dirty bath tub. Only receptionist was sweet. Overall, extremely poorly maintained hotel.

The properties very dirty and the bed washroom. Everything is very dirty geyser, not working and many other immunity is not working. There is no proper toilet uses dental kids soaps body wash anything it's very difficult to stay two star hotel and there is not even even towel is provided in on.

The hotel doesn't allow guests to enter after 6pm. Though this may be a good policy, but for those who wants to spend evening time with their local friends, will be disappointed.

It was really very nice and the food was very tasty and delicious. The stay was good, location was also great.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. The staff were not only unhelpful but also displayed rude and indifferent behavior throughout the interaction. There was no proper service, and they failed to treat customers with the respect and attention they deserve. I felt neglected and unwelcome, and any queries or concerns I raised were met with dismissive responses. It seemed as though customer satisfaction was not their priority at all. The overall attitude and approach of the staff left a lot to be desired. Basic customer service standards were not met, and the experience was far from what one would expect from a reputable establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and efficient service. There are many better options where customer care is valued and service is delivered with professionalism.

Yuvraj Receptionist was very good. There is poor coordination between the staff. Parking is congested. Room is spacious but still need to care of maintenance. I need to pay additional amount even after discussion on previous day of checkin. The other receptionist in morning who was there was rude and was acting as if we are staying free even after telling him that the rate was finalised.

It's not worth for money that we paid. Pathetic experience. No Restaurant. No proper service, not even basic requirements like Dental kit and worst maintenance. It's not even compare to 2 star.

It was terrible, bathrooms were not clean, toilet was dirty and reasoned all the toilets were the same. The service was very slow, had to carry our own luggage back down. It was a very old hotel, badly maintained.

Clean and clam place, near to metro station, hotel and easy check in and check out. Good breakfast menu and quality food
