Terrible Stay
Asked extra money to provide the room, also rooms is filthy, not maintained. So had to reject and booked a new hotel.

Terrible Stay
1- terrible, because the guest house initially denied the booking which was confirmed from your end after my payment. Lastly, after a long period of negotiations, the guest house manager working in the desk allowed me to allot only one room although my booking was for two rooms. It was indeed a horrible experience for me for the last night at bhubaneswar. Henceforth, i will think over twice before any hotel booking unless this deliberate action on the the part of pink villa guest house is looked into from your end.

Nice stay
It was a nice stay. Over all hotel was good but there is some issue with online booking but it was solved by the customer services

Nice stay
The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. He is ready to hell you in any manner. I have some check-in issues though he allowed me to check in.
