The worst hotel. Hotel doesn’t look alike according to images

Nice.

No power supply for 03 hours. Inverter not working. No house keeping. Toilet door lock not working.

Bathrooms should be clean, dustbins should be there.

Worst experience. The thing is there is no Hotel exist with name Rudraksha plaza, it is demolished by Delhi corporation 1 month ago and they stay in a different hotel with a different name. Very difficult to find that hotel.

It is my request to you please never let be this again any of soldier because they deserve some happy moments in their life before leaving their family so far.
I appreciate your support that I could not get from this hotel staff. In first they were not providing me with the room even I booked it 6 days ago. The staff of hotel on reception was trying to make me fool. I reached this hotel at 4:03 and asked for my booking. She said she cannot provide room because all the rooms have been booked. So candle your booking or reach our other hotel that is 1.5 km from here. I checked the hotel on Google map that was 14 km far from here and the airport is 7.4 km from that hotel. I requested her to provide me with any type of room because I am too much tired with my travell, I also said that will check out at 4:40 pm but she ignored. It became more than 1 hours but she did not do anything. Finally, your team talked to hotel manager then he provided me a room. I was wondering when there was a room then why she was not giving? At 5:25 I checked in and entered my room. The fan was running but throwing hot air. There was air conditioner but off. I asked hotel staff to switch on this but she said it is power cut so it will not work. I thought she saying true. It was too much hot in the room so I thought to go outside of the room. As I was locking my room I saw one couple that was not looking married just checked in. As receptionist opens the door I saw the air conditioner was working in that room. It was showing a green indicator that means it was on. My rooms air conditioner was still off. I asked again receptionist but she said" it was power trip, sir. "The only inverter is working now so you can take rest in fan air. I understood she is lying because Inverters mains light was on that's mean there is power. They are making me fool. Outside of my room, there was a wallboard circuit and inside of it, there were many MCB that are used to switch off electrical items. They knowingly switched off my rooms AC and I switched it again. Finally, AC worked at 8:00 PM.

It was good experience, all staff are very cooperative, they gave good service and the location is also good, there is good transportation facilities nere by. We suggest to business people to visit there

Very bad experience, my room was booked for 12pm check in and I was supposed to check-in @9pm still got my room on time as they had accommodated another guest in that time .. Disgusting. I waited for another 1 hour to get the room.

Very poor service. Dirty room. Room smell cigarette and alcohol. Fake photos are posted. Never book your room here. Its horrible stay. Location is near to airport but I can't sleep there.

Good location and good service on a budget” The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road. The bar was also quite nice. The breakfast selection wasn't that great and the car park was so discrete I didn't find it!

The service was really good. Panditji on the front desk was really helpful and friendly. The food was really good. Rooms were really clean especially the bathroom. Overall would recommend for bachelor's and party lovers to book this hotel

I have booked two rooms. First of all fake pictures shown. Total fake. Service was worst. Staff and attendants has no sense to treat the guests. Cheap staff. Bathrooms were so dirty. Blankets has so big holes in it. Even they don't have glass to drink water. Worst breakfast... I have seen in my life... Total disaster... A very bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to book it. Total waste of money.

I am a regular customer at the rudrakshinn and have been there 9 times. It is wonderful so comfortable and friendly with a peaceful ambiance within a busy city. It is very convenient being close to airport so no worries about getting across town for the flight. The staff are very helpful So I like most thing and would always stay there when in Delhi.

Need to improve services. Not clean at all. Too much mosquitos. And charges are very high. The only good thing is very near to aerocity, other than that not worth at all. Staff is also not supportI've.

Nothing were special but is a comfortable area and the room was good, I accept non AC Room but I got AC Room it's was better for me. Staff facility is superb, every staff is supporting guy, only one thing is not adjust by me is restaurant facility is not available his provided food in rooms.

Superb property, I was stay in this with my family. We got a good service by hotel employers. Very clean room, bed sheets or wash room also neat and clean. Staff, and good mentainess hotel, so comfortable place to stay .. Thanks

Location is showi g wrong on google map ,, and to call them at time to search for location call was not connected. After 3rd times it connnected, overall after reaching the hotel everything was good.
