We loved the room we got. Everything was clean and nicely arranged. It was a beautiful space for us to spend our time together.

No staff, no restaurant, no clean rooms, dirty washrooms, non-safe lift. overall very bad experience. MMT should remove this hotel from list and first of all remove all older photos of property and update new worst photos!

The bed sheet was very bad, my skin started itching and it seemed as if the staff did not care about us, neither did they come for cleaning nor did they ask for anything and the AC did not work for one night.

they disturb your privacy. at 11 pm they knock the door when we were at sleep and asked about the details of other guests. in thr morning they knock again to ask whether we are extending our stay. then after some time they call and ask the room number. the hotel people need to also maintain cleanliness on the passage area. the hotel had lift and when we asked them they said that it is not functioning and will take 2 days to repair it but during the day we did not see engineer working on it.

All outlets worked well and were safely placed. We could charge phones while keeping our child away from wires.

The staff made our family feel incredibly valued! Our youngster felt welcomed everywhere. We experienced deeper unity.

Needed time away from everyone and this hotel provided the perfect escape. Staff was understanding and room was very peaceful.

hotel reception already gave room to someone else when I reached there, room was completely unhygienic lots of damp odour and fungus growth inside the room

Dear MMT , Do not recommend this kind of hotels in list,which reduce the credibility on your company .

This hotel is in pethatic condition, and there are no such ameneties as promised on MMT - not even regular water. The recepetion don't pick calls from intercom The gyser does not work at all. The rooms are dirty. Most of the time elevator doesn't work. So good luck for aged people and having heavy luggage. On top of such issues, the hotel will try to get some extra money from you even if its a fully pre-paid booking. We booked this property as this one id very near to Sarafa night market and Rajawada Palace Indore, but as family we feel awkward to behave at this hotel. Every where we observed dust and duty furniture all over the hotel. Room was not clean, bad smell from the room , beds were dirty and yellowish. Taken the breakfast payment but no breakfast available. Entrance is very dirty looks, the first impression is bad impression. The staff was supportive but looks they were for just to run the hotel only.

My experience has been so terrible that I would never want to use these two online platforms (MakeMyTrip & Oyo Rooms) again for any booking, so I would like to bring attention of all authorities over what is happening with customers. 1. I booked a hotel in Indore and you can check property photos here for your reference- 2. ⁠The booking was for me and my family- including my wife and a toddler daughter 3. ⁠Now the moment we entered the property, it seemed really shady and unsafe for females and I wanted to cancel the booking 4. ⁠But I still checked their rooms and all of them were super unclean and shady (attached real pics for reference) 5. ⁠I and my wife spoke to MMT customer care and they refused any refund possibility stating that amenities written were bed, AC etc and they were present (they didn’t care about condition of room) or location or ambience of hotel. 6. ⁠Hotel staff said they share actual pictures but Oyo and makemytrip don’t want to upload those 7. ⁠Hotel staff also mentioned they are okay with full refund and also that they didn’t even receive any booking amount. 8. ⁠But makemytrip executive maintained the stand of no refund and did not show any care for safety. 9. ⁠Keeping my family’s safety in mind, I anyway did not check in and proceeded to another decent hotel.

This hotel is on a busy sub lane where a car can’t enter. They don’t have a name board displayed on the hotel. welcome from the maintenance till the room. Couldn’t manage to breathe. Used bed sheets & pillows with oil stains on it. Unhygienic, uncleaned bathroom. Towels on the floor with stains. It took 30 minutes to find the hotel and took several minutes to get the confirmation from the hotel manager. The management did not care to answer my questions & made me wait in his Reseption & breath They took the full payment while booking and did not care to respond to the customer. This hotel I was on the busy road for more than 2:30 hours with family

the hotel was really bad. lift wasn't working. sheets were dirty and there were mosquitos. not at all recommended to stay here.

The room was good. But there was a cockroach roaming which is not hygiene

Stayed for one night, room kaafi neat tha aur staff kaafi cooperative tha. Stay was fantastic.

Ac is not working, water bottle is not good, but room quality is good and hygienic, place is also not good.
