I booked a specious room but they gave me a smaller room and told me it's more premium and i got the upgraded one. I am traveling with family and they gave us a room where people were abusing at 2:00am in he morning. No action was taken by the staff. I have stayed in the hotel multiple times but this was my terrible experience
