best stay I had ever. room so clean. highly recommend

I had a very comfortable stay with my family. I was in a 2 bedroom apartment. The staff was nice and the place was safe n comfortable. There were basic amenities for the Kitchen which made cooking comfortable.

The hotel and location was really good, We opted for breakfast but at breakfast they gave us a ready to Eat indori Poha Packet which was not worth it, so if you are staying here don't opt for breakfast .

It was a very comfortable stay with a luxury space. hotel was well maintained & hygiene, would recommend this hotel who are actually looking good stay at Indore. 10 on 10 locality n hotel :

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The bed smelled terrible and was sweaty, which was a huge turn-off. The room didn't match the photos The cost didn't justify the services provided. For a room rate of Rs. 1600+, I expected basic amenities like toothpaste, moisturizer, and soap, but none were provided. The room service was also non-existent. When I requested a bill correction, the owner's behavior was unprofessional and rude. Their tone was mocking, and they seemed to be making fun of me. Given the subpar experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. the hotel fails to deliver on its promises. Unless they revamp their services and staff training, I'd advise others to look elsewhere. *Rating: 1/5* If possible I should have given ZERO if option available.

stay 10 facility is good. but to improve cleanliness. there are no cups /glasses provided. no attendant was present.

The rooms were not ready even after calling and informing prior to our arrival. Only one boy was working as receptionist and caretaker. We had to wait for every little thing. He tried to act as A/C repair person as well. Sadly, the A/C did not work. The plumbing and fixtures in bathrooms are of low quality, ill maintained and leaking. The sofa covers are all stained and dirty. There was dust in the corners and Cockroaches here and there. There was utter disregard for cleanliness and service. While they did address some issues, we had to ask for everything.

Great property with very warm owners who treated us as their own guest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay within the city.

No water supply in two days, no hot water. Dirty comforters, tv wasn't working at first, had to ask then it was started. Not value for money.

Worst experience, fan not working, room full of dust in sofa, fans are full of dust, leaking sink in kitchen and odd foul smell, leaking bathroom top, utensils full of stains. We suffered a lot, couldn't sleep in the night, and me my wife, my 2 year old kid got cold due to dust. Avoid this pathetic hotel if you need peaceful stay. Don't get your health at risk by choosing this cheap dirty stay

Property is clean and at a very good location, staff is polite and very kind. Got an upgraded room free of cost. Overall nice experience
