Some cutlery in the kitchen could have been better

The hotel premises are simple and basic but all was clean, and staff was polite. Room and connected areas were clean along with washroom.

The location was away from the busy sound of the city, it was peaceful and relaxing. the room was clean and service provided were quick.

Location of the hotel is good, nearby food stall, offices. But the services in rooms are average, no kettle, minimum toiletries, bed is small, table chair is small, bed side tables are small, switch in rooms are not located well

Room is neat and clean, room service is good, flats converted to rooms so you balcony available, advised for low budget customer

This hotel completely ruined my stay! They promised breakfast, but when I asked for it, the staff said it would take over 30 minutes to prepare. I had a train to catch, and they obviously didn’t care if I missed it. Absolutely pathetic service! If you value your time, DO NOT stay here! They don’t care about customer needs or timing. I ended up having to leave without breakfast, which I had already paid for! I asked for a refund, and got nothing but excuses. Never coming back and I suggest you avoid it if you want a smooth and hassle-free stay.
