Very bad hotel infrastructure,
Bad smell is everywhere, door is not closing properly, washroom is very worst i have never seen this type of washroom. Bedsheets is very old and dust is covered on bedsheets. Receptionist behavior is very rude, he was behaving like that he was working in any 7 start hotel. We checked in around 11:00'o clock at night and after seeing room condition we checked out from hotel in just 1 hour. Never go to this hotel.

Very poor quality, low standard, unwelcome property
Honestly review from my side about hotel greenland is very poor quality hotel, there smelling like smoking everywhere, when i had come at property location hotel owner/manager denied my confirm mm t booking and talked with rudely, also hotel manager/owner behaviour was very rude, he dont know even how talk with guest, i request to couple or other guest dont go to this property, book other that very better for you.

Actually i booked hotel stay at green land hotel from 04/04/2022 to 9/04/2022. But my work finished early so i checked out on dated 07/04/2022. So i request you can i get refund amount of remaining two days.

Horrible stay
Small and smelly rooms, no service quality

Horrible and scary
Rodent infested room and no staff came to sort the problem. Scary as I have to stay with a rodent in a small room and all the time staff were denying about this problem. Won't recommend anyone. Overpriced and rude staffs.

Worst Hotel in Ahmedabad City
Worst room quality, worst breakfast, not able to provide a cup of hot water for medical purpose for child, will not refer to anyone.

Behavior from staff
It was a very rude behavior with us. There was very high tone of receptionist. My mood with hotel was so good but when I went there the room is ready first of all then I told please ready and give it to me fast but they took 1 hour to ready room. I was so upset.

Terrible Stay
soloThe room was average, run down. The bathroom was extremely dirty and the flush on the toilet was not working. There was somebody's dirty underwear hanging in the bathroom it was a terrible experience

businessThe room provided to me had a column in the middle, experienced some mosquitoes but was dealt with. Cleanliness could have been maintained around hotel premises. Overall it is average stay.
