Hotel Malwa Residency

All the staff members at the hotel are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Since I was using Uber services, commuting to different parts of Ahmedabad was very convenient. The property is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by a well-maintained elevator. A pharmacy on the ground floor is particularly useful for guests in case of any medical emergencies. The property has a pantry where food can be ordered with prior notice. We ordered two single omelettes, and each was served with two slices of family-sized bread toasted in butter—a thoughtful touch. When ordering food through Zomato, the staff kindly provide plates, spoons, and saucers for dining convenience. The teapoy in the room is quite handy for having meals. Amenities such as a large mirror, hot water in the bathroom, and a Western-style toilet are well maintained and functional. The television and Wi-Fi services are also in good working condition. A common tip box is available, which conveniently removes the need to tip individual staff members. Overall, the staff are customer-focused, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the stay pleasant and comfortable.

It was a good experience. Washroom was ok ok type .Room was small. Hotel staff was also nice.But it is away from city in a poor locality.

Bathroom is not in good condition all taps and shower are leaking. ac is below average

The stay was pretty decent for the price which we paid. The room service was good, too. The only thing to consider is that some roaches were roaming in the room.

Not maintained the property clean, a lot of dust, and the washroom was not cleaned properly, all bathroom fittings have broken water leakage, only you can sleep well in here rest all, on an average!!!

The hotel staff is very dumb they don't want to provide any kind of service as i ask tea at 8pm they don't serve it they said they nah i banega. I request mm t please keep away this kind of hotel else you loss your brand name.

1-amenities like slippers etc. As listed was not made available. 2-in cloth cabinet/wardrobe in room, other garbage items of hotel were kept by hotel. 3- a annoyed and strong perfume was coming in the room in morning overs.

It was on the upper threshold of bearable, the shower was cold, toilet did not flush properly. The room wasn't thoroughly clean and the management kept trying to spike the prices for aircon after an agreed price. Adequate stay, overpriced for what you got.

I have booked a room for my business trip. Single person non ac room for 650- per night. For this price the hotel stay is very good. The staff is very supportive and the room was neat and clean 24 hours of cold drinking water and hot water for the bath is available. The location of the property is also very good. Although the room size is small, it is worth what i have paid. Overall experience is good.

Room's are small but clean and they did regular cleaning and change of towels. On the besis of price range it is good.
