very rude behaviour very bad cleaning not in friendly vyavhar room is very uncomfortable extra payment demand

There was no ac control, the room was not clean at all, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, the room was dusty and not clean at all, and they gave me a bedsheet instead of a blanket, so i slept in the cold. It was a very bad experience.

Foul odour in room. Dirty wall, cockroaches flying everywhere. Not maintained broken furnitures. No fascility (clean space)to keep our belongings safely. Charged extra money for 3 hours early check in

Stay is ok. Cleanliness not satisfied. The manager demanded more money. Bathroom door had no lock. Very old property. But it is profitable for a cheap rate inside the city.

The stay was nice , but in the hotel I needed to pay an extra amount to confirm the booking . The hotel authority says booking is not confirmed so you need to pay an extra amount.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there was no elevator, and the room was much smaller than shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the support staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. Overall, it did not meet the expectations

It is only stay and restaurant is not available. I had a morning walk around half a kilometer for tea. Furniture and cupboards are very much average

I have booked room with breakfast. I have paid for breakfast. But i shocked when hotel attendent told me your room is booked without breakfast and they have not provided breakfast to us. My family harrassesd with this treatment

Very very bad experience. Staff are very rude. There is no complementary breakfast, soap not provided. Room full of insects, no ac remote, no drinking water

Property location is safe, no food supply. No drinking water facilities. Television not working. Room not hygiene. Staffs behavior is good.

There were cobwebs in the wash room & so much sounds from the road through windows. To cover the windows curtains placed. No telephone, no water arrangement. Simply needs to pay 1500 per night. For make my trip : option should be there the checkin timing from night to night. This is missing. Physically. We can book this.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-located. The staff are friendly and helpful. Llent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting thiruvananthapuram.

Hotel good but for early check in of just 4 hrs they charged rs. 500 had they intimated such huge charges, i would not hv made booking. They should hv some standard n published policy for early check in n late check outs

The staff was needy of money was extorting extra 400 rs for no reason. The toilets had a hell of leech and worms, i killed 5 cockroaches, the sofa was broken the bed had bugs and a lot of termites. They harass women and see you pathetically. I paid a day's rent extra still they weren't satisfied. Thanks to mm t shoorith he saved me while contacted for help and immediately i got a refund. Miserable hotel

I would like to inform everyone that I have experienced such a bad experience in the hotel. 1. There is no free WiFi which they are mentioned 2. They are not providing a soap in toilet. 3. Lack of hygiene and cleanliness, after waking up in the morning. I feel itching all over my body. So that I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

In the month of mar-2023, i planned for padmanabha swamy temple for that i was in need of a hotel which is at walking distance from the temple. I need basic things in hotel such as clean room, clean bed sheets, clean towels, working ac, water availability all the time and co-operative staff. I book hotel ganesh from make my trip which is walking distance away from the temple at average price fits perfect to my requirement. When i completed my trip i am satisfied with the hotel services.

Room seem to be average. There were ants and cockroaches in the room
