The hotel staff mis behaviour with me, and told me for cancel booking, refund not giving that's why I was stay and mentioned an ac room but was not provided and was not given a water tear bedsheet ceiling fan and bed in the wrong location because without ac and not feeling the wind of ceiling fan The overall experience was too bad

No one is available for carrying luggage. No gregir. No cleaning in noom. The person is not cooperative. Too much hassle.

Extremely poor rooms, it had damp and it was smelly. No service whatsoever. They denied checkin at first, and the behaviour was extremely nonchalant

No water glass, no one to carry bags on 3rd floor even on payment, not a single table. Advice, carry your own bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket cover. Leaking water in bathroom full of cockeoaches

Check in waiting for long time, wc seat cover was broken. Most of the things that bed room area found cockroach. Which one unhygienic. Check out time no employee found for check out. Waiting for long time. Overall service bad last time. I want my money refund,

I was asked for more money when i reached the hotel so 1. 1

This location placed next to train tracks and narrow road to reach. So midnight noise of train and feeling of unsecured due to locality nearby.

They are asking extra money showed then booking price

Hotel room was clean staff are good it was room was somewhat ok for my short stay, however not good for long stay as no wardrobe no hot water, cab or auto can't come as it in very narrow deep in side from main road no food at holey but they are good and get the food from out side, they make tea at hotel and water bottle available. Bike parking available. I had a very small room with very small bath but it's ok and cleaned, so good. I travel every months to pune and stay for day or two days.

There was no telephone in the room also there was no network so it was hard to reach the staff when required. The room wasn't clean and with occasional sight of cockroaches. There was no lift and WiFi wasn't working. We had to use the stairs every time we needed something and our room was on the third floor.

The room was not upto the mark, they have not given breakfast and the staff was not also good

we booked for 5 members but hotel people arranged for 4 members, they were not arranged extra bed.
