Review Of Hotel O Galaxy

Stay was good staff was nice to costumer, food was also nice only cleaning was soo bad in the room. Below the bad there was dump of trash.

Dirty bed and bedsheet. Bathroom is too small to do bathing or other things. It is only a 4. 5 x 4. 5 feet area. It is a residential property located in a village only.

Hotel room was very dirty. Not privacy at all. Washroom stinks. Reception is very rude. Water is also not free. Tv was not working. That's it

A decent room to stay in and around chandigarh

Good. room is very small. near to Sabarmati Ashram .. friendly staff..noticed lot of cockroaches inside room , it was so embarrassing.

Hotel staff was friendly, and show there presence in few seconds when required. But I am sure about one thing that i never stay again in any OYO Hotels because when I was told to pay Rs. 500 for early check in i.e. instead of 12 :00 hours I requested for check in at 03:00 hours, then why when I checked out on 23rd of March at 2 :00 hours I was asked by OYO that no refund will be credited in my account, when I have booked the same hotel from 21st of March to 25th of March. When for hardly for 9 hours I pay Rs. 500 then why you don"t refund me for early check out i.e. 39 hours.

Good Hotel as compared to others

The hotel has a good and is near the main road. There are other hotels as well but the price offered here is better and also the hotel is an absolute delight. The room are big and airy and also the hotel has good services. Rooms are available on 3 floors and there is absolute peace in the hotel. The rate is highly economic and you should prefer this hotel. This hotel is my most visited one in nayagaon Chandigarh area .

Was very near to PGI, which was very helpful. Good value for money.

Commode is not OK and small space of bathroom, highly need exhaust fan in toilet.
