location is good, but room is not good, immediate repairing required inside room, there was no hot water for bath (geyser not working), no TV, pesticides smells for which not able to sleep properly

Avoid Booking this stay!
Room was pathetic. Damp walls, wallpaper torned, Ac water dripping just beside the bed. When I asked to change the room, I got response that it will not be changed. Although most of the rooms were empty. Breakfast was good, but not enough to compensate the room service.

The room was disappointing with a strong bad smell. Pillow covers and bedsheets were very dirty, and the chair was also unclean. Overall, poor hygiene and cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable.

The room was dirty, linen was mutilated. I had booked a room with breakfast and dinner. But dinner was not served by the hotel. When I asked for dinner, they replied that the hotel didn't serve dinner. Only breakfast will be served.

Average Stay
Location is not that much good but it's ok . But one thing is very poor is about staff . The Receptionist is not well trained and also the other hotel staff is not good in their work. The hotel reception person is high (drunk) at the time of check in around 7 P.M. and on early morning I saw him but he is in the same condition (very much drunk). And one more thing they don't have any electricity backup because I face the problem at morning electricity gone but they didn't have any backup for that almost they waste my 2 hours on morng ( because the room is soo closed theirs not a single window or ventilation system). So overall my stay is not that much good .👎🏻
