1. Kitchen service not available 2. No lift use stairs 3.Very old towels provided, smelling like a mouse 4. Room is neat and clean 5. House keeping staff is very cooperative 6. Rs 1000 per day is ok but hotel is changing near about Rs 2000

Hotel was filthy, bedsheets were dirty dust on them, floor was not clean so do the washroom. Receptionist had no idea about guest booking. It took us almost half an hour for check in that too at 1am night.
