Review Of Hotel O Flagship Mtc Guest House

The stay was totally disappointment. These kind of hotels shouldn't be there in OYO flagship. No support staff was there. They demanded extra money when i arrived and when asked for cancellation they were not giving refund. IT WAS PATHETIC. THE BATHROOM was very bad in condition and room was very compact and small. NO WIFI.

I made a reservation , despite being aware of the issues with OYO. Unfortunately, my fears came true as the hotel staff denied giving me a room and charged me extra before finally providing one. This whole situation was quite distressing, especially considering it was midnight.

It was a nice experience to stay in OYO flagship MTC for a night stay. The A/C was upto the mark. The rest room was neat& tidy. A nice stay for a discounted fare.

The staff was very rude and the property was not well managed. The taps were leaking and flush wasn’t working in washroom. The rooms were very unclean, with residual hair and dust in a supposedly clean room. The worst part was the receptionist refused room to other group. He had confirmed that he took the booking but overbooked the rooms and straight up asked to cancel. Never coming back here
