no breakfast no towel no air conditioning not good hotel and not good and not silent not good 😡😡

Pro: none, con: 1) nothing is provided in hotel, not even an empty glass or plates 2) rooms have alga and fungas, blankets are dirty and smell like some one have urinated and not washed since years and when asked for clean one, they says all are like this. You can see blankets also have black fun-gas and black spot every where 3) not restaurant and you have to drink tea by going outside 4) even for ac remote need to take permission from the manager to use. 5) pathetic and avoid 6) worst then lodges and even lodges are more clean then this one.

TV not working because of local cable network and so many disturbance at mid night, noise and sounds coming at 2 am😞😞

I have stayed in this hotel on 2nd July 2022. I have done this booking in advance. Pros: rooms and washrooms are clean cons: 1) no service at all, service person is so rude 2) WiFi is there but you cant connect and don't expect any help 3) no hot water 4) no power backup and power goes frequently (load balancing is not done half property have power and half will always in dark) 5) ac's are just show peace so no remote and no use 6) you will see cows and other animals in hotel so safety is no guarantee 7) tv's are also a show peace and manager won't recharge even on your request (you will be insulted when asked for recharge like how much you paid for the room) 8) no room service and no tea or food till 7:30 pm in the evening details below: when i reached the property its raining heavily it took lot of time for check in itself. The rooms are neat and clean. But the service you can say its a big zero. Lot of issues for electricity there is no power backup for this property during my stay there was more than 6 hour of power outage and manager didn't arrange anything when asked for the power issues manager says like we are giving bills per month but there is lot of power cuts, if i am paying for a property there should be power backup i cannot stay like 6 hrs. Without power. Ac is there but as a show peace he won't give you ac remote saying he only have one remote for entire property. WiFi you won't be able to connect and if you seen help for password and connectivity the manager gave me one phone no and asked me to call upon for connectivity essentially he didn't picked up. You won't get hot water either. When asked for hot water he said we have but, i am not getting hot water in both the bathroom and he was not in position to agree on it. I have 2 senior citizens and a kid along who can't take cold bath. After lot of begging he agreed to give 2 half buckets for them that too i took by myself from kitchen area. You won't even get a tea until 7. 30 in the evening. No room service. TV was not working in both of the rooms, when asked for recharge manager was saying how much you have paid? i was so surprised he told me he will get it recharged when someone go to wai area, really ? but i have never get the recharge done. So there is lot of struggle i had to make during my stay. So stay away from this property its a big no when you travel with family.

I booked for 5 people and when i reached there they asked extra rs300 for mattress. I have paid all the amount so why there were hidden charges. in my room so my network was not there and when i came to room i was not provided extra mattress due to which 3 of us have to sleep on one bed.

I visited this place with my friends. We were given well lit rooms with comfy furniture. There was no hassle in check-in process. Staff was welcoming and kind towards all of us. I enjoyed during my stay.

An amazing place to visit to get easy check-ins and check-outs supported by a competent and hard working staff. The place can be accessible by public transport. All hygiene protocols are strictly followed. A great place to spend time with family.

A brightly lit room with proper ventilation facility comes at the pocket friendly prices. Rooms here well kept and upright. Surroundings are neat and tidy. Easy to locate this hotel. Would love to visit again.

I was given a brightly lit and well kept room after a quick check-in. Room had all the necessities required by a customer. Cleanliness and safety protocols were strictly followed by the staff members. It is a decent place to visit.

I visited this hotel with my friends and was not at all disappointed. It is great place with efficient and hard working staff members. Rooms are neat and clean. Being accessible by public transport is an added advantage for the hotel.

Property has good ambience. Services are also good but they have very limited options in breakfast.

Hotel is not clean and every where there is fungus on the walls, sofas, chairs, and on roof every where we can see spider web, they don't provide hot water for 24 hrs or not even 12 hrs, one of the worst hotel we had ever been till now.

Hotel rooms were clean, very helpful staff and room service was up to the mark. Roam Around the entire day and come here to relax. You won't See any Valley view from the rooms.

It was good but they should maintain the cleanliness

Hotel room cleanliness was not good. Unavailability of breakfast and food. Frequent power cut. Aircondition was not working. 7 km away from Mahabaleshwar bus stand.

Since my son was not well we have asked for hot water in flask, after great resistance they have provided in flask which is used to carry tea/coffee. Whole water was pungent smelling and is not even fit for use in toilet. When asked for drivers stay one of the hotel staff asked for money and when actually when I approached them at night they asked for more money. Worst behavior of the staff. We want to check early after the breakfast and we requested for early breakfast at 8:00 AM, which they refused saying that they can only serve at 8:30 AM. When we came to restaurant at 8:30 AM breakfast was not ready and they were sweeping the restaurant. They served at 8:50 AM. No discipline and proper management. Even the breakfast they provided upma and bread Patrice. Upma was good but bread Patrice was just soaked in oil and could not be consumed. Worst quality of food.
