Food was awesome and the service provided by the manager of the hotel was excellent. Good sevice and good staff

Third class service from Oyo they have not kept my room and I have stayed in other hotel.

It was really a good experience in a reasonable rate, even the staff was so good, even at mid night I got response from hotel staff, all times staffs are available

Near to Nicco Park, easily accessible to many places like Airport, Swabhumi, colleges. Overall nice stay

The Reciption counter of the hotel is too bad to explain.

Room was too small, bathroom was less than small, bed sheets were not changed, no cleanliness and nothing provided. Sinking problem. Its not like Oyo brand and cheap behavior with customer.
Very bad service, dirty, too small and unhygienic. Worst bathroom., water sinking problem and room service zero. No soap provided, even bed sheets were not changed. Cheap behavior with the customer. Worst place, no one should go there.

Hotel manager do not obey the Oyo policy and the person was very cheap.
I will say only one thing the hotel management policy is to bad.

It is near main road goes from salt lake to chingligate. It is easy to take buses, uber and food restaurant. There are many oyo and other hotels. Staff is good. And area is safe if we came late night.

The apartment covers all basic necessities and all amenities. Highly recommended for families as well as small groups to use as a base for exploring Kolkata.
