Ok ok
Firstly, when I visited the place, the guy at reception denied to provide me the room as I have booked it from MMT. After some time he gave me the room. So here, I didn't like the staff behavior. Secondly, when I got into room, it was smelly and wall texture was dirty due water. Also, there were so many cockroaches in room which appeared during late night which I was sleeping. Now, attached bathroom was very very small, commode is fitted in very awkward position and full smelly. Wi-fi, AC, geyser, TV were working with limited functionality. So if you are planning to stay for a single night, I think this place is ok to stay.

unhygienic, very arrogant, and rude staff
We checked in the hotel around 9 pm and there was no one to take the check-in. The room which was provided was very small, dirty, and the bed linen literally had blood stains on it & even informing the staff about this glitch. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen.

One of the worst trips in the world
First the guy refuses a check in, the room was a complete mess. The guy says you can't sit in the reception

Worst experience ever
The hotel staff is the worst staff I ever saw. They are extremely rude and mannerless. They demand extra money for each and everything.

Staff and environment
Hotel staff was cooperative, but it was suffocating as there is only one window which can not be kept opened due to security reasons. Bathroom was averagely clean.

Feedback for worst experience at Hotel Ak Palace
Food: It was the worst, smell was coming from the food. Dishes and rooms were not cleaned. Room service was not proper and staff is not cooperative and talking with me rudely and even there was an issue related to my pay at the hotel.

Nice hotel and good clean I stayed at good hotel.

Extra mattress not in good condition. No extra pillow provided. No free toiletries. Fan is too low considering safety issue. Clean room. Staff very kind and positive response. Allowed us to check-in 3 hours early for free. Allowed to to keep our baggage in hotel reception after check-out.

The hotel was located at Andheri, Ghatkopare. The location was good for transportation.
The room was bit small. But is OK every thing was fine and yes there was not much English channels in television. And well rest are OK.
