Review Of Hotel Nirvana

Denied from check in and no further help is given from MMT and also from hotel staff

I have booked for complementry dinner but that was not provided bathroom taps are damaged tv was not there

The property and staffs were very good and they even came to pick us 😄 over all I had a nice stay at hotel nivrana I would love to visit in future 😊

On reaching the hotel on 24th Dec 24 there was no one in the reception n we had to call multiple times for completing the formalities of check in. After half n hour the manager arrived and alloted us room. The room was stinky dirty and had obnoxious smell. Another room was alloted but there was not a single drop of water throughout the day in the property. The curtains did not cover the entire window, the room locks were not proper. The bathrooms were not cleaned for ages and had stains in toilets and comods. The rooms were damp and the bed sheets and blanket cover were stained all over. One of the blanket was without cover. I stayed in d property for around 24 hrs and there was no water, finally had to request one of their staffs who arranged for 2 buckets of water. The manager lacked all senses of hospitality and responsibility and was ill mannered. The property is not at all recommended

We left the hotel in one day. No water. No facility kindly refund my amount. Very bad experience. Remove it from mmt

I booked through make by trip with meal (breakfast and lunch) but while check in they told me meal (breakfast and dinner to be charge extra)

The hotel was very dirty and washroom is broken and dirty. Service is also very slow. I do not recommend this place.

This property is very bad and why has make my trip added this property with himself?

Very Pathetic Service No water For more then 12 Hr Worst Servuxe experience in my life never recommend to any one
