They are fraud, there was no hotel at their mentioned address. It was far away from mentioned location. The hotel was at a very poor location, there was no board or hotel name mentioned outside. Just plain residential building. There was no air conditioning. Rooms were in a poor state with no facilities. Staff was ill mannered. Hotel's mentioned location is hari nagar but they called me to dabri mor instead. Very bad
