Bed sheets , pillow covers were not at all clean. No water bottle in room .lifts were smelling . No basic toiletries like soap, shampoo etc were provided . There was no clarity whether tea/ coffee can be provided

It's not a hotel, it's like some rooms in a building. Even less facilities than a homestay. You will get very few food options here, also they have common veg and nonveg kitchens and utensils, and being a pure vegetarian we have to order the food from outside only. The TV was not working at all, we paid and booked the hotel for two days but left it in just one day. It is not worth even fo Rs 500 a day. It's not a hotel, it's like some rooms in a building. I booked this hotel at the price but hotel demanded extra 600₹, I had no choice other than paying them bcz of time constrain. The room was good but doesn't have parking instead you have to park in empty area beside hotel where security is at your risk. When it comes to the room and service, it was overall good.

Good neat and clean and food is also good. Location is also very good.

It is a perfect place for someone who wants live comfortably with less prices, the service was top notch, the staff are really polite and consider any problems you have, the room service does really good work too. Rooms are big, service is good, all the basic premise need available staff is so friendly especially Abdul mukit who keeps room clean and take care of all your requirements. Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are spacious and feels good. Washroom were clean. Tv and AC were functional and also staffs were helpful. Hotel has car parking space. Service is quick and staffs are friendly. If you are planning to stay in Sarjapur or nearby, you can consider this hotel without any doubt. I really like to stay there in this hotel, it's very comfortable, peaceful, spacious rooms and cooperative staff..!! one thing I have seen very beautiful capsicum 🫑 tree in front of reception very pretty , and they had fixed nette in window, netted window with glass that be a better because always closed room it feels like suffocating...!!

I have stayed here for 3 days with my family Room 303 and it was a nice experience. The location is very good and near to Sarjapur Lake. The staffs are very good and their service was also awesome. The rooms are neat and tidy New Raning property. I prefer this property for all especially for family. next to bharat petrol pump
